6k44 Terms & Conditions — Your Platform Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "6k44" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the 6k44 platform accessible at 6k44.io.
• "Platform" means the 6k44 website, mobile-optimised interface, all casino games, sports betting markets, account management tools, and any other services offered at 6k44.io.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6k44. By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

3.4 Employee Restrictions

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. If 6k44 discovers that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, any balances within those accounts may be voided, and the Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You must notify 6k44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 6k44 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

All accounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency of an account cannot be changed once the account has been created. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wagers, and winnings will be displayed and processed in BDT.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

6k44 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name);

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.3 Processing Times

6.4 Transaction Integrity

6.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 6k44 may apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Prior to applying any fee, 6k44 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder at the registered email address.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 6k44 Platform are sourced from independently certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of these games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by 6k44 or any third party.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, and other events, are subject to the specific betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change before an event begins. In-play odds may be suspended at any time at 6k44's discretion.

7.3 Void Bets

6k44 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that: (a) the bet was placed using erroneous odds arising from a technical error; (b) the outcome of the event had already been determined at the time the bet was placed; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) there is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet, per game session, or per calendar day may be subject to limits that are published within individual game or market information panels. 6k44 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps at its discretion where a winning amount is determined to result from a technical error or system fault.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 6k44 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence only in respect of that specific promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

8.3 Bonus Validity

8.5 Withdrawal of Active Bonus

If you choose to make a withdrawal while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is attached to your account, 6k44 will remove the bonus balance and any associated pending wagering requirement before processing the withdrawal. The real-money balance only will be paid out in such circumstances.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6k44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processing issues, and technical faults may temporarily affect service availability. 6k44 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

14. Amendments to These Terms

6k44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
